PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an IT support technician to maintain and improve computer systems across properties. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components while providing strong customer service.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and office productivity tools, with a focus on timely issue resolution and collaboration with field teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems andOffice suites.

Responsibilities

• Creates framework for property user profile interfaces as they relate to Company systems and networks.
• Analyzes hardware, software, and computer system functional specifications to determine property and business needs; partners with leadership to implement solutions.
• Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer equipment and related systems.
