You will handle end-user devices, network connectivity, and phone systems, while maintaining asset inventory and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills and a computer-technology background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or related field.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking basics.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and IT imaging/restoration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user computers, applications, printers, phones, time clocks, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assess technology needs to streamline business processes.
• Maintain phone system, including moves, adds, and changes, and assist with related tasks.
• Maintain inventory for hardware/software and keep equipment organized for fast service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold safety and confidentiality in all tasks.
