Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac and PC in a corporate environment.
• Familiar with MDM/RMM platforms and patch management.
• Strong diagnostic and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support for hardware, software, and access management.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Mac and PC endpoints for employees.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts and licenses.
• Develop IT documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Assist in IT projects, migrations, and onboarding/offboarding.
