Job summary

Agital Holdings, LLC seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line IT support for a 100% remote workforce, based on-site in St. Louis, MO. You will handle Mac and PC issues, manage Microsoft 365 and Google Drive, and support various SaaS tools across the organization.

You will assist with onboarding, asset management, and documentation, helping keep systems running smoothly while collaborating with IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology-based customer support or help desk.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing, email, phone or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Mac and PC.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
