Job summary

Anders is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst in the United States to join our IT Department. You will triage tickets, provide first-level remote and on-site support, install hardware, and document actions in our ticketing system.

You will work with a collaborative IT team to ensure timely ticket resolution, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to deployment of equipment. The role offers hybrid work options in the St. Louis area and remote possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming tickets and be the first contact for requests.
• Provide initial help desk support (remote and on-site) including hardware and software.
• Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
• Assist with IT requests and project support activities.
• Coordinate scheduling and progress of tickets.
• Champion Conference Room technology and A/V solutions.
• Inventory management of technology assets.
• Assist with employee account maintenance and equipment deployment.
