Job summary

Accra is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the face of IT for internal AMG staff and deliver timely help with troubleshooting. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, support the Microsoft stack, and document incidents to improve operations.

This on-site role in Hopkins, MN offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development. Travel to other Minnesota offices may be required to support IT duties as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software, especially Microsoft stack.
Experience with IT support and staying current with IT trends.
Proficiency with FreshService or similar helpdesk software.
Ability to document processes and monitor performance metrics.
Willingness to travel to other Minnesota offices as needed.
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Self-starter with initiative for problem solving and research.
Experience in home health or healthcare IT is a plus.
