Job summary

Accra is seeking a TechConnect Specialist in Hopkins, MN to be the first point of contact for external stakeholders with technical questions. You will investigate, educate and resolve inbound calls and emails focusing on phone apps, web navigation, and caregiver portals.

You will provide back-up support for calls and emails and work with internal teams to ensure service quality while maintaining confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
2 years of post-secondary education preferred.
Strong navigation of technical systems including Microsoft 365 Dynamics.
Aptitude to learn Accra programs and explain software to end users.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The TechConnect Specialist will be the first point of contact for external stakeholders with technical questions.
Investigation, education and resolution of inbound call and email inquiries.
Focus on phone applications, web navigation, client/caregiver portals and other technical troubleshooting.
Provide back-up support for calls and emails that are transferred internally.
