Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Portland, OR to apply technology to address business needs and support staff across the enterprise.

You will diagnose hardware, software and operator problems and provide advanced troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer service. This is an on-site, full-time role supporting 24/7 operations with shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Windows 7/10/365 and Windows Server versions.
Associate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Apply technology to address business needs and constraints.
Assist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of computing technology and maximize utilization of computer resources.
Provide advanced troubleshooting on complicated IT issues.
Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.
Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiatives.
Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise applications.
Provide hardware support, printer and printing support.
