LaunchTech, a veteran-owned company, seeks IT professionals to support Missile Defense Agency missions from Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role emphasizes data analysis, remote troubleshooting, and service desk excellence in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of general (full-time) work experience; may be reduced with advanced education.
• Six or more months of IT experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or higher by employment start date (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to provide technical resolutions.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support for break/fix issues.
• Provide escalation and status updates to MDA customers.
• Provide technical support for enterprise projects affecting Service Desk workflows.
• Resolve daily battle rhythm tasks.
• Track all work using the Remedy ticketing system.
• Utilize the mature knowledge database to assist customers.
