SwiftMove Logistics in Washington is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to our clients in the USA.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops, install and maintain computer systems and networks, monitor performance, and document all support activities. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a negotiable salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems hardware components and network troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Good understanding of Active Directory DNS DHCP and other network protocols
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support to clients via phone email and remote assistance
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops laptops printers and other computer equipment
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
