Job summary

SMB Team is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide in-house technology support, device lifecycle management, and provisioning/deprovisioning while contributing to light technical projects and cost optimization capacity.

You will be the first point of contact for employee tech tickets, manage onboarding and hardware delivery, deprovision accounts, optimize licenses, and support system upgrades. The role offers flexible work options and a salary range of $50,000–$60,000.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certifications required.
• 0-2 years job experience in a technical role.
• Ability to quickly learn technical platforms and user interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with our tech stack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internal Team Technical Support for hardware, software, and access.
• Device lifecycle management and onboarding for new hires.
• Provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and licenses.
• Software and license cost optimization through audit and consolidation.
• Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and documentation.
