You will be the primary contact for hardware, software, and user account support, including setup, Windows deployments, and security in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, collaboration, and occasional after-hours coverage, with on-call rotation and potential travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with user account management and security.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Adobe apps, and basic telecom processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication, able to support diverse users.

• Provide desktop, mobile, and telecommunications support and leadership.
• Administer desktops/laptops, hardware, software, and user accounts.
• Configure new devices, plan Windows upgrades, and perform deployments.
