Job summary

City Property Management Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a collaborative IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain computers, phones, headsets, and access software to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role supports on-site and remote users, sets up new accounts, handles password issues, and participates in evaluating new technologies. A degree in IT and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT support, help desk, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good judgment to escalate when needed.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS 365, hardware setup, and basic networking.
• Team oriented in a small IT group with overlapping responsibilities.
• Security basics, phishing awareness, access management, and data privacy.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for on-site and remote users.
• Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Maintain and configure VoIP phone systems and headsets for clear communication.
• Provide technical support across the company in person or by phone.
• Set up accounts for new users and assist with passwords or logins.
• Test and evaluate new technology for potential benefits to the company.
• Train staff on proper and safe use of technology.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Prepare reports on usage and malfunctions for management.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in IT asset documentation and inventory.
• Assist in implementing and managing virtual access software and endpoints.
