Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in-person and remote technical support to faculty, staff, and students across Windows and macOS and university systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, account, and device issues with a focus on minimizing disruption to teaching and administrative activities.
• Create and maintain documentation of support interactions and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
