Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems.
• Familiarity with Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for faculty, staff, and students in person, remote, and via service requests.
• Assist with workstation setup, equipment deployment, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support classroom and AV technologies and assist with meetings and livestreams.
• Document issues and escalate as needed to senior IT staff.
