ETC TechSolutions in Akron, OH seeks an experienced IT support specialist focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot Azure, Windows, and server environments while supporting AD, VMware, and Group Policy in a fast-paced MSP setting.

You will train end users, assist with pre-sales technical support, and manage issues with backups, security, and business applications. A bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of IT experience is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years experience in IT industry.
• Experience using AI tools in a technical or support role and a willingness to learn new AI tools and platforms as they are developed.
• At least 1 relevant IT certification (A+, MCP, Network+, Security+ MCP, ITIL Foundations).
• Speak to end users in non-technical terms.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services and configurations.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Office (current version plus last 2 versions).
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server (All Supported OS).
• Provide Level 2 support for backups, antivirus, web filtering, and spam filtering.
• Provide Level 2 support for common business applications (QuickBooks, Emails).
• Conduct end-user training for support requests.
• Assist with pre-sales technical support and project implementation.
