Job summary

Bridge Investment Group is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support desktop computers, applications, and related technology for corporate, property, and national satellite offices from our Salt Lake City area office. You will diagnose issues, configure systems, and provide timely end-user support across multiple channels.

The role requires strong Windows and Office proficiency, networking basics, and hands-on experience in hardware/software setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting large onsite teams and remote users."
• Experience onboarding IT needs for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide front end IT support for Bridge properties nationwide.
• Set up equipment and install peripherals, OS, and software.
• Resolve end-user issues via email, phone, and other channels.
• Configure software to connect to Internet servers.
• Diagnose and correct operational issues in end-user systems.
