Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for desktops, laptops, and applications in a hybrid Windows/macOS environment.

You will set up new systems, manage IT assets, and assist with M365 administration and network infrastructure. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience, bilingual Mandarin and English, and familiarity with Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, VPNs, and enterprise firewalls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing IT issues on Windows and macOS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with M365 admin, Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user IT support for Windows and macOS.
• Administer M365: onboarding, licenses, access management.
• Set up, configure, and deploy new computers and assets.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise networking gear and connectivity.
• Assist with firewall rules, VPNs, and security management.
• Support IT security audits and asset tracking.
• Support endpoint security policies via Intune and Jamf.
