Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks a hands-on IT Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive end-user support across Windows and macOS, manage the Microsoft 365 environment, and assist with network maintenance in a hybrid environment.

The role requires setting up new systems, configuring security policies with Intune and Jamf, and coordinating with vendors to keep devices secure. Travel up to 10% to Southern California locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID.
• Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage M365 onboarding/offboarding and license assignments.
• Configure endpoint security and policies with Intune and Jamf.
• Maintain IT assets and network equipment; monitor VPN/MFA.
• Participate in IT security audits and asset tracking.
