Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to deliver end-user technical support and maintain reliable enterprise IT operations. You will resolve hardware and software issues, configure systems, and ensure smooth daily IT service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking, plus experience with iOS and Android devices and MFA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 6+ years of IT support, service desk operations, or troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line and advanced technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support account access, password resets, MFA, and identity-related tasks.
• Perform workstation setup, imaging, deployment, and peripheral configuration.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
• Document incidents, fulfill service requests, and escalated issues as needed.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and workstation lifecycle management.
• Educate users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
