Job summary

Finom is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Support specialist to empower employees across our growing fintech platform. You’ll own the employee IT experience, from onboarding to laptop issues, in a fast-paced environment.

This role covers Windows/macOS troubleshooting, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace and M365 administration, JumpCloud MDM and basic scripting, with focus on security and SLAs. You’ll work across Europe with remote/hybrid options and stock options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and macOS devices: hardware, OS, apps, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and SLAs.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration.
• Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and identity providers.
• Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge-base articles.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Excellent Internal Support via Jira Service Management and Slack.
• Troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices remotely.
• Supporting onboarding/offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace and Torii, and handling access requests and SSO issues.
• Administering Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion settings and keeping workflows up to date.
• Spotting trends in tickets and proposing automation or knowledge base articles; supporting security and compliance practices.
