Job summary

We are seeking a dependable IT Support Specialist to provide responsive technical support for computers, phones, and mobile devices across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot issues, manage assets, support desktop and network environments, and contribute to infrastructure projects while upholding MPW’s safety and service commitments.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining hardware/software, handling incidents, and creating documentation.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver responsive, professional support and meet service-level agreements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Windows OS, imaging, networking, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computers, phones, and mobile devices across multiple locations.
Troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, and via remote assistance.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware and software per specs.
Manage incidents and service requests in the work order system.
Purchase, configure, and deploy IT equipment; manage hardware lifecycle.
Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
Support desktop environments and assist with network administration and projects.
Assist users at multiple company locations via remote and in-person support.
Follow safety procedures and participate in on-call rotation.
Travel as required to support users and equipment.
