You’ll provide day‑to‑day technical support across the organization, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and partner with the IT team on initiatives that enhance performance and security.

Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year in IT support, with strong problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 1+ year of IT support, desktop support, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments and basic IT issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, peripherals, and related IT systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; escalate as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, and firmware upgrades on equipment.
• Monitor and support security systems, following data security and access-control procedures.
• Provide timely technical support and document incidents and resolutions.
