Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or closely related field is required.
• Associates degree plus 2 years of relevant experience also acceptable.
• High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administrative services for IT operations.
• Assist with computer operations, data center production, and telecommunications.
• Support wireless equipment and customer assistance; coordinate work activities.
