Job summary

CD Peacock, a historic premier jeweler, seeks an IT Support Specialist to ensure reliable operation of our technology systems. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices while delivering responsive customer service.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented problem solvers with strong communication skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and willing to work onsite at our Oak Brook location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 1–3 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PC hardware, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee IT support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
