Job summary

Kforce is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Pittston, PA to provide hands-on technical support for corporate employees, covering hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage device lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware staging and access provisioning.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT support experience and proficiency with G-Suite Admin Console, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft admin tools, and MDM platforms. Experience with asset tracking and Okta is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience.
• Strong experience with G-Suite Admin Console, Microsoft admin tools, Slack and Zoom.
• MDM platform experience (Miradore, Mosyle, or SimpleMDM).
• Familiarity with asset tracking (SnipeIT) and identity management (Okta).
• Experience troubleshooting rugged devices and label printers is a plus.
• Experience managing Asana tickets and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for corporate employees (hardware, software, network).
• Support daily use of Zoom, Slack, Asana, G-Suite, and Microsoft Admin tools.
• Manage device inventory/lifecycle via SnipeIT, Miradore, Mosyle, and SimpleMDM.
• Own onboarding/offboarding (hardware staging/shipping, access provisioning, offboarding tasks).
• Manage the Zebra TC53 scanner fleet and label/receipt printer fleet (troubleshooting, RMAs, parts ordering).
• Support user access/identity management through Okta.
• Provide basic support for physical security systems (Avigilon, UniFi, OpenPath).
• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets via Asana intake, maintain documentation.
