GFS Home Loans is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for nationwide employees needing technical assistance. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with onboarding, and manage accounts and devices across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or technical support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, Teams, and the help desk.
• Account & Device Management: manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365; deploy laptops/desktops; set up devices.
