Job summary

CAE USA seeks an experienced IT Lead to head our customer service/helpdesk team supporting C-17 TS IT systems and network operations. You will oversee accounts, security, backups, and deployments across locations.

Requires a Bachelor's in MIS/CS/SE, 5+ years in IT, and strong AD/SQL/Windows skills. U.S. citizenship is required for DoD work. You will collaborate with programmers to design databases and ensure security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/SE or technical equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT field or related experience.
• Knowledge of host/client/server, networks, migrations and integration.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, SQL, NAS/SAN backups and security.
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Help Desk and customer service team.
• Manage database and network security and access controls.
• Coordinate deployments of software and hardware across locations.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery planning and storage management.
• Communicate with users and stakeholders; improve IT processes.
