Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an experienced IT leader to supervise the customer service/helpdesk and oversee database and network security across CAE’s systems.

The role includes coordinating software and hardware deployments, managing access controls, and driving IT projects to improve performance and security. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a technical field and 5+ years in IT, with strong Microsoft and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other technical equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT field or a combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of host and client/server, networking, storage and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT customer service/Help Desk team and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Maintain database and network security; manage access controls and backups.
• Coordinate software/hardware deployments and monitor system performance; provide escalation support.
