The position focuses on leading the resolution of workstation and CAD-related issues, coaching peers, and turning recurring problems into repeatable fixes, while collaborating with the technology team and vendors.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on IT support experience.

Experience supporting multiple offices or CAD-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate priorities, workload, and coverage to keep the support queue moving.
Lead on workstation and complex CAD-related installation and deployment issues.
Coach teammates through diagnosis and build confidence in troubleshooting.
Turn recurring problems into documented fixes and practical improvements.
Coordinate with internal technology teams and vendors while maintaining clear communication with associates.
