Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIS, CSE, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow‑through, and multitasking abilities.
• The ability to provide great customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Comfort working with a variety of technologies and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, and technology issues.
• Support desktop technology across Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms.
• Perform hardware and software moves, additions, and configuration changes.
• Contribute to Technology Support team projects and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain installation guides, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Review new hardware and software solutions and expand unresolved issues when appropriate.
• Support knowledge management: maintain the knowledge base and generate reports.
• Document policies and support end‑user training and communication efforts.
