Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Intern for the Frederick, MD office to support day-to-day IT operations and gain hands-on experience in hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and tech support.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding assistance, asset management, and collaboration with a 3rd party IT partner. Must be enrolled as an undergrad, available at least 20 hours/week, and on-site in Frederick.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
• Strong desire to learn about information technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day technology and equipment support.
• Coordinate with the 3rd party IT partner to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup and account coordination.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other office equipment.
• Coordinate IT software vendors, maintenance, and project-related activities.
• Set up and maintain ABH cell phone support and asset management.
• Serve as RingCentral contact for employee setup and support.
• Maintain records of technology assets and user access.
• Assist with deployments and upgrades of software and hardware.
• Develop and maintain IT procedures and user guides.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices and appropriate use of company tech.
