The role involves assisting with support communications, setting up and maintaining hardware, and contributing to system integrations and documentation. It requires basic IT knowledge and good communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, software, and IT concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with teams.
• Experience with or interest in learning PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, automation tools, or basic programming languages (e.g., C#).
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in fielding support calls, chats, emails, or other communications from users.
• Applies basic knowledge of computer software & hardware to fix issues with assistance from the IT Team.
• Helps set up, replace, and maintain computers, software, and equipment.
• Assists in maintaining and enhancing existing system integrations and custom applications, and design and implement new integrations using modern development frameworks and tools.
• Documents work and updates knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
