Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is offering an IT Support Internship in the Frederick, MD office to support day-to-day IT operations while developing practical skills in hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and technical support.

The internship is on-site in Frederick with a Monday–Friday schedule totaling 20 hours per week. This role requires enrolled undergraduate students with a strong desire to learn and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and management skills.
• The ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day technology and equipment support.
• Coordinate with our 3rd party IT partner to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup, account coordination, and technology provisioning.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other office equipment as needed.
• Coordinate IT software vendors, maintenance, and project-related activity.
• Cell phone setup, support, and asset maintenance.
• RingCentral setup, troubleshooting, and support.
• Maintain records of technology assets, user access, and directories.
• Assist with software/hardware deployments and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IT procedures, documentation, and user guides.
• Promote proper use of technology and cybersecurity practices.
• Monitor Info Email and distributions.
