Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS/IT/MIS or related degree program.
• Basic IT support through coursework or internships is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide general computer and technology support for office-based and remote users.
• Install, update, and configure software on Windows/Mac and mobile devices.
• Set up and troubleshoot new hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Deploy and maintain computers using standard company processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and inventory.
• Assist with HIPAA training and data privacy practices.
