Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Associate Support Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in resolving help desk requests, password resets, and routing trouble tickets.

The role includes imaging, configuring, and setting up new workstations in a hybrid environment. You will learn to monitor queues, provide end-user support via phone and email, escalate complex issues, and assist in workstation deployments while pursuing a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Net+ or A+ Certification a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and prioritize help desk requests.
• Provide timely one-on-one end-user problem resolution via telephone and email.
• Escalate complex Help Desk requests to the appropriate IT staff member.
• Assist in workstation deployments.
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts.
• Install approved applications.
