Job summary

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in IT-related bachelor’s program (CS, cybersecurity, BIS or similar).
Interest in helpdesk, IT support, and security topics.
Able to commit to 10 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support via ticketing, email, chat, or remote channels.
Troubleshoot workstation, application, printer, and connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Document incidents and resolutions in knowledge bases or ticketing systems.
Assist with device setup, software installation, and system updates.
Contribute to a friendly, professional support experience and learn from the team.
