Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Associate Support Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in help desk operations, password resets, and end-user support. You will work on ticket routing and workstation imaging and setup.

This internship features ESOP eligibility from day one, company-paid parental leave, generous time off, and a blend of in-office and remote work to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Tech or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Net+ or A+ certification a plus.
• Previous ticket/phone support system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and prioritize help desk requests.
• Provide timely one-on-one end-user problem resolution via telephone and e-mail.
• Escalate complex Help Desk requests to the appropriate IT staff.
• Assist in workstation deployments.
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts.
• Install approved applications.
