• Must be currently pursuing post-secondary education in a computer-related field.
• Current and valid state driver's license as required by state.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Chrome, and iOS operating systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to learn customized software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user help requests.
• Provide on-site, phone, and email technical support to staff.
• Document and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Travel to other company locations as needed for support.
