Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an Associate or bachelor’s degree program preferred.
• Some hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and support experience preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
• Able to read and understand technical and procedural documentation.
• Able to assemble and configure computers and peripherals with hardware and software.
• Able to handle multiple, changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational, reporting, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated customer-service orientation and attitude.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and constructively with IT teams including development, quality, support, and infrastructure, to produce high quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests to diagnose and correct equipment failure and malfunctions and replace or repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Service copiers and printers by changing toners, rollers, fuser assemblies, and general cleaning and maintenance.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and hardware products.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software.
• Assist in the maintenance of computers, monitors, keyboards, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
• Perform all functions in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as legal, licensing and copyright requirements.
• Accurately and timely document all support activities per approved policies and procedures.
• Participate in and support a highly collaborative development environment.
• Support IT teams in troubleshooting and repair of problems with new and legacy software systems and other technology solutions.
• The position may require additional duties as assigned.
