Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming tickets and requests from local and remote users
• Resolve technical issues promptly and document resolutions
• Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact
• Install and configure hardware and software onsite
• Provide A/V support for in-office meetings
• Create and update technical process documentation
• Contribute to IT knowledge base
