Qualifications

• Prior experience troubleshooting Windows or Mac OS desktop systems.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Reliable and organized with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for desktop systems (Mac/PC), mobile devices, printers, and VPN clients.
• Log support requests and track IT equipment for up-to-date records.
• Move and set up desktop equipment between offices as needed.
• Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives as opportunities arise.
• Create and update online end-user documentation and resources.
• Take on other duties to support the IT team’s mission.
