Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for end users.
- Assist with workstation setup, deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Support IT infrastructure projects and enterprise systems.
- Help maintain network equipment and basic network administration tasks.
- Troubleshoot OS, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Document procedures and support activities.
