Job summary

Continental in Sumter, SC is seeking an IT Support Intern to assist the Information Technology team with hardware, software, and network support. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and IT operations while collaborating with experienced technology professionals.

You will perform first-level support, install and maintain desktops and peripherals, assist with account creation and access management, document resolutions, and help ensure security policies are followed.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Windows and/or IOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Cloud applications, or similar productivity tools.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via in-person, phone, or help desk tickets.
Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures.
Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and assets.
