Job summary

Experience supporting Windows server environments.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support across six offices and travel as needed.
Install, deploy, and maintain hardware and software for staff.
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and document resolutions.
Collaborate with IT Manager to research solutions to IT problems.
Create training materials and SOPs for IT processes.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
