Responsibilities

• Answer software and hardware support calls for office‑based and remote users.
• Install, update, and configure software on networked PCs and mobile devices (Windows/Mac).
• Set up and troubleshoot new hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, assets, and inventory.
• Support HIPAA/privacy compliance and related data security training as required.
