The role offers mentorship, practical training, and opportunities across onsite locations in major markets.

Applicants should be pursuing a degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related fields, with familiarity in Windows or macOS and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS/IT/cybersecurity or related field.
• Familiar with Windows or macOS operating systems.
• Basic networking and hardware understanding.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user technical support.
• Assist with workstation setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and enterprise systems.
• Help maintain network equipment and basic administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document procedures and support activities.
• Assist with user account management and onboarding.
• Collaborate with IT team and maintain professionalism.
