Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. The role focuses on delivering instructor-led IT support training, guiding students to enter entry- to mid-level IT careers, and maintaining progress records in Salesforce/LMS.

You will collaborate with teammates to tailor learning plans, provide ongoing feedback, and keep curricula up-to-date with evolving technology trends. This position is onsite and part of a dynamic mission-driven program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience.
• Three years of IT support experience.
• Strong communication and instructional delivery skills.
• Ability to use digital engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support instructor-led training for entry to mid IT Support careers.
• Provide access to resources for outside learning on technologies.
• Work with team to identify student needs and create achievement plans.
• Maintain Salesforce/LMS with grades, certifications, and progress notes.
• Support curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and classroom materials.
