Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. The role focuses on delivering instructor-led training for entry- to mid-level IT support careers, assessing student progress, and guiding learners with access to relevant materials and resources.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong communication skills, and at least three years in IT support, with experience using Zoom and LMS tools to support instruction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Three years IT support experience or more.

Responsabilidades

• Lead instructor-led IT support training and assess student progress.
• Provide access to resources for outside learning on relevant technologies.
• Collaborate to identify student needs and create individualized achievement plans.
• Maintain Salesforce and LMS with grades, certification scores, and progress notes.
• Support curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and classroom materials.
