Job summary

Indotronix UK is seeking staff to support a computer and docking station refresh project in Austin, TX. You will perform imaging, replacement of computers, and data migration under agency guidance, working with a SME and a project manager to coordinate efforts.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience and be capable of handling multiple tasks in a professional environment. Windows 11 experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Keeps records, documents, and services for hardware/software upgrades.
• Provides technical assistance and supports hardware/software problems.
• Ability to lift and relocate up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with WordPerfect and MS Office Suite; working knowledge of Windows OS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in imaging, replacing computers, and migrating data.
• Work within a team including a SME and project manager to coordinate activities.
• Provide Windows 11 technical support as needed (preferred).
